Dong Yang Vina E&C is a specialist E&I contractor that combines Korean engineering standards with a skilled local workforce. Since 2007 we have built and maintained electrical and instrumentation systems for leading plants across Vietnam.
About us
Dong Yang Vina E&C is the Vietnamese subsidiary of Dong Yang Electrical, founded in Pohang, Korea in 1996, and opened in Vung Tau in 2007. We entered Vietnam with steel plant experience gained as an electrical partner of POSCO E&C, and have since expanded into refining, petrochemicals, power generation, ports and semiconductor facilities.
By pairing Korean schedule and quality management with an experienced Vietnamese workforce, we deliver on time and safely, even in demanding conditions such as live, operating plants. Our commitment does not end at handover: we stay on to maintain the systems we build, so our clients' facilities keep running reliably.

An ISO 9001 quality management system verifies every stage of the work, so each installation meets the client's specification precisely.
We run an ISO 45001 management system and dedicated on-site HSSE teams. Hyosung Bio-BDO, the OCI modules and HSVC PP5 were all completed without a single lost-time incident.
Following ISO 14001, we apply environmentally responsible methods and keep the impact of construction on its surroundings to a minimum.
